How do I book?
Tell us your dates and the number of guests, then send your request. We reply within 24 hours confirming availability and the details of the stay. Booking is direct, with no middleman: a simple contract, a deposit at booking and the balance before arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out arrangements?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm, with the keys handed over in person and an introduction to the trullo. Check-out is in the morning, before 10:00 am. More flexible times are sometimes possible depending on the calendar — do ask.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome, by prior arrangement. Please let us know when you book so we can prepare for your arrival properly.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit is required and is returned to you in full after the check-out inspection, provided there is no damage. The amount is stated transparently when your booking is confirmed.
What is included?
Private pool, fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms, fibre Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning and free private parking. Everything is provided for a stay without constraints.
How do I reach the trullo, and where do I park?
The address and a directions link are on the Contact page. We also send you detailed guidance before you arrive. Free private parking is available right on the property, in a quiet spot.
What languages do you speak?
We are glad to speak French, English and Italian, both before and during your stay.
